Indoor Plumbing & Repair (IPR):
Provides assistance for homeowners without running water, indoor bathrooms and/or dry wells.

Energy Efficient Loans (EEL):
This brand new program provides zero-interest, loans for energy audits and energy efficient upgrades.

Emergency Home Repair (EHR):
This program is designed to help with repairs such as roof repairs, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, plumbing or electrical repairs, floor repairs, minor structural repairs, etc.

Neighborhood Stabilization:
Run in coordination with Fauquier County, the Neighborhood Stabilization program is designed to purchase, rehabilitate, and resell foreclosed and vacant properties at affordable rates

Ramp Lending:
This program provides aluminum, ADA approved, temporary ramps
