The Oaks provides lower income senior households with affordable, 1 & 2 bedroom rental units in a high quality modern facility. The Oaks is within walking distance of three shopping centers and has a bus stop at its front door.

Apartments have large windows, wall to wall carpeting, fully equipped kitchens, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, emergency pull cord system. All utilities, except phone/TV/internet are included in the monthly rent.
